From Monday 12th to Friday 16th November 2018 the applicants will be received from 9am to 3pm : - In Les Cayes : Departmental Emergency Operation Center / Civil Protection Department (COUD/CPD) - In Léogâne : at the Military Base - In Cap-Haïtien : Departmental Emergency Operations Center / Civil Protection Directorate (COUD/CPD), Mombin Lataille Criteria and conditions of admission : 1 - To be of Haitian nationality and never to have renounced his nationality; 2 - Be between 18 and 25 years old; 3 - To be in good physical and mental health 4 - Have passed at least the 9th Year Fundamental; 5 - Have passed the intellectual and physical examination provided for this purpose; Documents required at registration : 1 - Certificate of 9th Year Fundamental; 2 - Certificate of good life and morals, issued by the National Police of Haiti; 3 - Original of the birth certificate or extract from the National Archives of Haiti; 4 - 4 recent date ID photos: 2 face and 2 profile 5 - National Identification Card (CIN) and Fiscal Number (NIF) HL/ HaitiLibre
