Facing St. Lucia, our U-20 Grenadiers in the Group E, did not impress, although appearing technically superior, they faced a more disciplined and solid Saint Lucia team in defense. If in the first period Mc Jeffrey Pierre opens the score [1-0] in favor of Haiti, our Grenadiers were unable to concretize the opportunities which presented themselves, winning the victory on a score at least unchanged [1-0] and the 3 points of the match and this despite the changes of players brought during the game. Grenadiers, starting lineup : Goalkeeper: Josué Duverger Defenders: Mackentoche Fédé, Pierre Louis Peterson, François André Dulysse, Hervé Joseph Midfielders: Bicou Bissainthe, Dutherson Clerveaux (change by Danley Jean Jacques, 35 '), Steev Selso Saint-Duc (change by Naël Elysée Wellofsky, 77'), Keny Artisson Charleston. Forwards: Mc Jeffrey Pierre (change by Valdo Etienne, 67 ') and Ronaldo Damus. Group E: Costa Rica Haiti Bermuda St. LUCIA Barbados Grenadier Pool Match Schedules: Thursday, November 1st Haiti vs St. Lucia [1-0] Saturday November 3rd Bermuda vs Haiti (4:00 pm) Monday November 5th Costa Rica vs Haiti (5:30 p.m.) Wednesday November 7th Haiti vs Barbados (5.30 pm) Format of the competition : In the first round, each team will face their opponents once, according to a championship formula. The winners of each of the six groups will advance to the second round, where they will be divided into two groups of three. At the end of this new mini-championship, the first two of each group will validate their ticket for the next U-20 World Cup. The winners of each group will play the final of the tournament.
