Haiti - Cap-Haïtien : Death threats against deputy mayors

Yvrose Pierre and Ezaï Lefrant, the deputy mayors of the city of Cap-Haïtien, denounce death threats for unconfessed reasons, which thay are the subject for a week.

Recall that last November 11 Audelyn Lefrant, (33 years), the son of the Deputy Mayor was murdered with machetes in the suburbs of Conassa at the gate of the city. According to Ezaï Lefrant they are the same individuals who threaten him with death.

For her part, Deputy Mayor Yvrose Pierre indicates that unidentified individuals fired in front of her home on November 11 and she fears for her life.

Recall that last October 17, individuals have tried to set fire to the mayor of Cap-Haïtien...
