Haiti - FLASH : A Police Commissioner killed with ax 03/12/2018 07:34:25
The aggression occurred while Commissioner Plymouth had just closed the doors of the business he owned at Tabarre 52 and was preparing to return to his residence. He was axed as he climbed into his vehicle according to PNH Chief Inspector General Ralph Stanley Brice. Rushed to hospital by residents, Commissioner Plymouth did not survive his injuries. An investigation is opened to determine the causes of this assassination and to find the author of this barbarous crime.
