Note that only Godson Orelus and Mrs. Sandra Thélusma were incarcerated, the other 7 accused are considered by law to be fugitives because they did not attend the convocations of the cabinet of instruction.

In addition, the lawyers of Godson Orelus threaten to sue Me Lumérant for violation of the law for having transformed the status of witness of their client into an accused and for the refusal of the examining magistrate to decide on their request for denial of justice.
