Haiti - Politic : Towards a modern and professional management of sports infrastructure

More than 40 officials from the various Departmental Directorates took part in a training seminar organized by the Directorate of Physical and Sports Activities (10-13 December) on the modern and professional management of sports facilities in the country.

For Edwing Charles, the Minister of Youth and Sports, present at the opening of this seminar, this training is in line with the strengthening of sports infrastructure.

Addressing the participants, the Minister Charles invited them "to embrace body and soul the cause of the development of sport by ensuring a better management of spaces necessary for the development of youth and a rational practice of any physical activity and sports."

The Minister reminded "The investments made by the State to build and rehabilitate national sports infrastructure should not be in vain," promising to involve the heads of Centers and Sports Parks for the evaluation of the application of this new management, following this seminar on the management of sports infrastructures.
