Haiti - Elections : 70.97% completed, no maneuvering is being organized
While that th Vote Tabulation Centre (CTV) is under fires of criticisms of Centre d'Education, de Recherches et d'actions en Sciences Sociales et pénales (CERESS) and of Conseil National d’Observation des Élections (CNO) who deplore that some data and some areas are inaccessible to observers and denounce the failure by the CEP, of the regulations governing the operation of the CTV, Wildmack Matador Director of CTV Wednesday denied allegations according to which, frauds are being committed in the CTV in favor of one of the two candidate "no maneuvering is being organized in the CTV" he said, inviting all those who say that fraud is being committed to come to prove their allegations.

Widmarck Matador said that the expert mission of the Organization of American States (OAS) has made a set of recommendations to the CEP, which led the institution to enhance the verification criteria of minutes, hence the reason for the postponement.
