Wednesday, at the Champ de Mars, President Jovenel Moïse accompanied by his wife Martine, Prime Minister Jean Henry Céant and members of the Government, went to the Museum of Haitian National Pantheon (MUPANAH), to deposit the traditional floral offering to the occasion of the day of the ancestors and salutes the memory of the Fathers of the Fatherland.

"To rebuild itself, the Nation needs to honor the memory of its Heroes, those who have given their all they all for it. These are models for present and future generations. Our ancestors fought with strength and courage and led a fierce fight to free an oppressed people, a people bruised by slavery, the day of the ancestors is an opportunity to think of them," reminded the Head of State.
