Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 2:47pm (Haiti time) the treatment of 86.26% of the minutes was completed (entry in the database). It remained in treatment only 12.74% of minutes according to the latest official report of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) which has just been released.

It is quite possible that at the time we publish this news, the tabulation is completed or in the process to be completed in the coming hours. It is unlikely that the CEP issues a new report of tabulation before the publication of results as expected, tomorrow...

Entire population in the country, as the Haitians living abroad, are now awaiting the preliminary results of the second round. Expectations are huge and the speculations and hypotheses are multiplying, without anyone knowing with certainty who will be the candidate winner of the second round.

The latest rumors of fraud circulate on the streets of the capital, the discussions are lively and the tension almost palpable. Everyone hopes that whatever happens, the published result will be accepted, everyone expects ... but who really believes ?

For the second round of presidential and legislative elections in Haiti, the progress in the process at the Vote Tabulation Centre (CTV) on April 2, 2011 at 2:47pm was the following:
