Haiti - NOTICE : Denial of the Ministry of Defense
"The Defense Ministry condemns with the greatest firmness the aggression against the probity, integrity and honor of the Minister of Defense, Dr. Enold Joseph by the dissemination on social networks of a falsified video attempting to get Minister Joseph to act as the actor of a degrading pornographic scene.
There is no doubt that this act perpetrated against Minister Joseph is the work of malicious individuals who swearonly by instability, confusion and disorder.
The Ministry recalls that the citizen Enold Joseph is a respectable father, an indefectible patriot whose reputation is in no way comparable to such practices and calls on Haitian justice to crack down on the perpetrators of such ignominious acts for the prejudices caused by their act for the honor and integrity of the Minister.
The Ministry invites users of social networks to serenity and urges them to verify the authenticity of information before dissemination in order to limit the adverse effects sought by fishermen in troubled waters."
