Tuesday evening in Ganthier, the National Police of Haiti (PNH) intercepted a suspicious vehicle (Nissan Patrol, immaculate IT-05007) and arrested the 3 people on board whose former deputy of the 49th legislature Jean Fenel Thanis, elected under the banner "Repons Peyizan", Jean Edrick Pompé and Keshuss Cambell, a men of Jamaican nationality.

The search of the vehicle revealed nearly 500 kg of narcotics that were hidden in a dozen packages (marijuana according to the experts of the Brigade against the Trafficking in Narcotics - BLCS)

The 3 arrested individuals are charged with possession and illegal trafficking of narcotics and are currently in the hands of the BLCS where they are interrogated.
