Today, Prime Minister Jean Michel Lapin has deposited his documents in the office of the President of the Senate, Carl Murat Cantave, according to the Constitution of the Republic and the internal regulations of the Grand Corps.

Among the 21 documents, Prime Minister Lapin has, among other things, filed before the Senate office documents attesting to his Haitian nationality, his title deeds, his final tax declaration dating back to 2013.

Let's recall that the Senator Cantave also had announced that a Commission will be constituted in session, which will be responsible for the analysis and conformity of the documents of the Prime Minister designated. He also announced that he has begun consultations with the various political blocs of the Senate to obtain their position on the possible ratification of the next Prime Minister Jean Michel Lapin.
