Haiti - News : Zapping... 22/04/2019 13:14:19 As part of its Community Violence Reduction (CVR) program, Minujusth supports a project to improve living conditions in disadvantaged neighborhoods of Port-au-Prince and Cap-Haïtien through the economic reintegration of young people at risk. It is in this context that Minujusth has teamed up with the Don Bosco Rinaldi / Salesians Foundation, which specializes in the recovery and support of street children and young people, in order to give them academic and economic opportunities. This project has been implemented since summer 2018 thanks to the partnership with the association "Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo" (VIS) and the Institute of Social Welfare and Research (IBESR). Discussions focused on the draft law on the organization and operation of the National Observatory for Disability Monitoring and on the draft bill amending the law of 13 March 2012 on the integration of persons disabilities.
