The National Office of Identification (ONI) informs the general population that all Haitians aged 18 and over who wish to obtain their new National Identification Card (CIN) can now report to the following Centers :

- Office of the ONI (Croix-des-Bouquets)

- Premises of the Town Hall of the commune ;

Reception and Delivery Centers for Identity Documents (CRLDI) :

- Port-au-Prince: Champs de Mars, Lamarre Street;

- Pétion-ville: Office Insurance Vehicles Against Third Parties (OAVCT) and Mairie de Pétion-ville;

- Tabarre: located in the local town hall of the town;

- Delmas: Delmas 31.

The applicant must wear collar clothing and bring one of the following parts:

- Birth certificate ;

- Extract from the archives;

- Certificate of legalized baptism.

The ONI General Directorate, while renewing its commitment to identify all Haitian citizens, promises to continue its actions to make this service available in all ONI offices and in all CRLDI of the national territory.
