Friday, the ONAFanm program of the National Office of Insurance-Viellesse (ONA), welcomed at the Cultural Center of Jacmel more than 300 selected women coming from the different communes of Jacmel (Dépt. South-East), in particular of Côtes-de-fer and Bainet, who were able each to benefited from a loan of 25,000 gourdes to start or strengthen their economic activities.

This credit granted at a preferential rate of 1% monthly over a period of 6 to 12 months has brought great relief for those "madan sara" that we tend to forget.

Beneficiaries who have not hidden their satisfaction and thanked the Head of State and Chesnel Pierre, the Director General of ONA for this program of access to rapid credit for small businesses in Haiti.

Remember that this program aims above all to fight poverty and misery by creating wealth by helping these dynamic women to take charge and become financially independent.
