Following the allegations last March https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-27215-haiti-justice-the-csc-ca-reveals-that-the-senate-also-managed-petrocaribe-funds.html of the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC/CA) on the management by the Senate of projects financed by PetroCaribe funds to the tune of 50 million and the maintenance of this allegation in his second report, Desras Simon Dieuseul affirms "the 50 million Gourdes granted to the Senate came from the public treasury and not the PetroCaribe funds, the CSC/CA must make this correction" underlining that on page 26 of the Finance Act for the fiscal year concerned, it is stipulated that these 50 million are part of the resources of the Treasury.

But beyond this denial, Desras Simon Dieuseul recalls that evidence to support, he had demonstrated to the CSC/CA that it was wrong and believes to detect in the report of the CSC/CA a hidden intention to want to involve at all costs the Senate in the PetroCaribe scandal. He adds that the maintenance of this false information is suspicious and could be motivated by the desire of some members of the Court to want to settle their accounts with members of the Senate, a behavior he describes as unhealthy and abuse of authority .

The former Senator promises to put justice into action if the Superior Court of Auditors does not make the necessary corrections in its report.

It should be noted that this intervention closely follows that of Cholzer Chancy, Jacques Stevenson Thimoléon and Levaillant Louis-Jeune, who refute having managed 279 million Gourdes of PetroCaribe funds as stated by the CSC/CA. Errors that are added to several other documented challenges that cast doubt on the rigor, seriousness and impartiality of this audit.
