According to the prescriptions of the Constitution, the State must make every effort to enable everyone to have access to education. People with disabilities as full citizens must be able to benefit from these constitutional prerogatives in the same way as other Haitians.

To this end, the Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH) and the Carrefour Multipurpose Vocational Training Center (CPFP-C) launch from 16 July to 1 September 2019 , a call for applications for 15 scholarships:

Training concerned by these scholarships :

• Computer science;

• Construction building;

• Metal construction;

• Auto Mechanics;

• Ironwork;

• Woodwork (carpentry and cabinet making);

• Cut and confection;

• Electronic troubleshooting;

• Carpentry;

• Electricity;

• Tiles;

• Glazing.

Inscriptions :

From July 16, 2019 to September 1, 2019, applicants can enter the registration form with the documents mentioned in the call for applications from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm at 78 Carrefour Road, in front of Carrefour Hospital.
