Haitian arrested in DR for raping his two daughters
Dominican police authorities say they arrested a Haitian national in Barahona, accused of raping his two daughters, one aged 6 and the other younger. The name of the alleged rapist was not disclosed by the authorities to protect the identity of the children in accordance with the Child Protection Code in force in the Dominican Republic.
