Wednesday, July 24 was issued a Presidential Order appointing 4 Secretaries of State :

"The Citizen Lucmanne DÉLILLE is appointed Secretary of State for Public Security (He replaces Ronsard St Cyr)

The Citizen Hervé SAINTILUS is appointed Secretary of State for Literacy (he replaces Emile Brutus)

The Citizen Gérald Junior ORIOL is appointed Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons
Disabled (renewed);

The Citizen Eddy Jackson ALEXIS is appointed Secretary of State for Communications (renewed)

Order, seen and approved by Fritz William Michel, Prime Minister and Jovenel Moïse, President of the Republic."
