CONATEL wins the « Comme il faut » Cup

Friday, in the framework of the "Comme il faut" Cup, the football team of the National Council of Telecommunications (CONATEL) won the Edition 2019 while confronting finally the SISA. After a draw at the end of regulation time and overtime [0-0] the victory was played on penalties, with CONATEL winning [5-4].

Taekwondo : Anya Necol Louissaint vs. Rayane Fidelis Perreira

This Monday, in the framework of the XVIII Pan American Games which takes place in Lima in Peru, the Haitian taekwondoist Anya Necol Louissaint (23 years old), who was the flag-bearer of the Haitian delegation https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28344-haiti-sports-opening-of-the-xviii-pan-american-games.html will face this Monday the Brazilian Rayane Fidelis Perreira, gold medalist last year at the Pan American Taekwondo Championships (in the USA).

First international competition for our Grenadiers U-15

As part of the second edition of the CONCACAF U-15 championship, our little Grenadiers will participate from August 4th to 11th at the IMG Academy in Bradenton (Florida, USA) at their first international competition alongside 41 other countries will take to the CONCACAF championship where they will face USA on August 4, Suriname on August 5 and Guatemala on August 7, 2019. Our U-15 national team left the country Sunday for Santiago in the neighboring Republic for a week of preparation intense before the start of the competition.

UNDP-Ecuador in Haiti
