A second earthquake occurred yesterday in Haiti after the one near Bainet https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28364-haiti-flash-earthquake-felt-in-port-au-prince.html . This earthquake of magnitude 3.3 on the Richter scale occurred at 11:32:04 yesterday Tuesday morning at 18 km southwest of Grand-Goâve (West Dept.), 33 km southeast of de Port -au-Prince, the epicenter was located at 18.386°N, 72.605°W at a depth of 23.1km.

For the moment, no damage or loss of life has been reported by the concerned municipal authorities or the Directorate of Civil Protection (DPC).

Yesterday the Dominican Republic was hit by 8 earthquakes of magnitude ranging from 2.6 to 3.7 on the Richter scale, mainly in the Samana area (northeast).
