Haiti - FLASH : Victim of insecurity, «Ayiti Air Anbilans»suspends its service 04/08/2019 10:55:48
Recall "Ayiti Air Anbilans" is the result of an agreement announced in January 2014 with "Air Methods Corporation" (AMC), the world leader in medical air transport https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-10226-haiti-health-air-ambulance-service-in-haiti.html accoring this hospital services agreement, AMC will provide two Bell 407 helicopters (primary and back-up) and will employ three pilots and two mechanics. Since the beginning of its operations "Ayiti Air Anbilans" thanks to the agreements with private companies has been able to offer the Haitian population and foreign visitors a world-class medicalized helicopter transport service from anywhere in Haiti to the best emergency care available in Port-au-Prince and other cities in the Dominican Republic, or to the United States via a jet service.
