Digicel wishes to inform its customers that, in order to ensure a high level of service, it has recently undertaken major upgrades to its network, to enable it to benefit from a faster and better service.

This modernization of the network, begun last March in Gonaïves, are completing the Pétion-ville area. They will then continue to Delmas and end in the metropolitan area by October 2019.

All areas that have already benefited from upgrade work are now benefiting from significant service improvements as Digicel has changed its ability to meet the demand for data as well as the demand for voice services.

The Digicel points out that some customers in the areas where the work is taking place may encounter some difficulties in accessing certain mobile services, but assures there is no need to worry, it will not last long and the final result will provide consumers with best experience.

The Digicel thanks its customers for its understanding and appreciates its patience.
