Delmas works follow up

As part of the road infrastructure project implemented by the City of Delmas, asphalting works are in the final execution phase at Berlin Street (Delmas 75). All this work was done by the funds of the municipality.

In addition, the Town Hall of Delmas has carried out demolition work for the extension of the street Jean Baptiste to allow a better circulation of vehicles and pedestrians.

Guyana-Haiti : TV Program Exchange

The Consul of Haiti in Guyana, Judnie Galdine Soffrant accompanied by the Vice-Consul, Sabrina Pierre met with Clifford Dessables, Technical Consultant of the National Radio Television of Haiti (RTNH) and the Communication Manager of Guyane la 1ère, Cassandra Villeroy, about the strategies for strengthening the relationship between RTNH and French Guyana, as well as exchanges of contents of independent audiovisual productions between the two countries.

1,500 university students serving Delmas

More than 1,500 students from various third or fourth year universities gathered at the Municipal Palace to receive training in taxation (C.F.P.B, Patents, Rights of posting etc...) these young volunteers will have the mission to sensitize the population of Delmas. This awareness campaign will take place from August 5 to 11, 2019.

New Miss in Haiti

The new Miss Word Haiti 2019 is called Alysha Morency. The young woman who succeeds Stéphanie Morency was awarded her crown during the evening of August 3, 2019 in Le Villate. While Weslyne Paul Miyou becomes Miss Supranational Haiti 2019.

Youth Explorers Graduation

Accredited US Ambassador to Haiti Michèle Sison attended the graduation ceremony of Youth Explorers, a group of Haitian youth who received Mentorship and Leadership Development training from the Community Police Unit of the National Police of Haiti (PNH).
