Friday, August 9 in the morning, the funeral of the Mayor of Cabaret, Joseph Wills Thomas, were sung in the Church of the Parish of Our Lady of Mount Carmel of Cabaret. In this circumstance, Jean-Marie Reynaldo Brunet Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities presents his condolences and solidarity to the National Federation of Mayors of Haiti (FENAHM), the Association of Mayors of the West (AMO), to the two remaining members of the Municipal Cartel of Cabaret, as well as to all the staff of this Town Hall. He also offers his condolences to the women and men of La Basoche and in particular the Bar de la Croix-des-Bouquets where the late lawyer was working. These sincere sympathies extend to the children of the deceased, to his companion, to the whole grieving family, to his family, to his many admirers and to the entire community of Cabaret afflicted by this mourning.
