He indicated that the Dominican Republic was in negotiation with Haiti so that these projects could be developed together, stressing that the problem resided in the social instability and the political changes in Haiti...

He explained that if the socio-political difficulties continued and delayed the conclusion of an agreement with Haiti on this important project of development of the border zone, the Dominican Republic envisaged to begin to realize the projects in the border part Dominican and in According to the evolution of the situation in Haiti, the neighboring country will be able to gradually integrate by carrying out projects on the Haitian border.
