The International Organization for Migration (IOM) informs that all persons whose appointments for an application for humanitarian VISA or family reunification have been affected by the closure of the offices https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28775-haiti-news-zapping.html of the Visa Application Center for Chile (CAVC) and the Visa Application Center for Brazil (BVAC) for reasons of security and social unrest, new appointment dates are available.

For these two Visa Application Centers managed by IOM, the situation is as follows:

Appointments made at one of these centers on September 16th are rescheduled for September 24th, 2019;

Appointments made at one of these centers on September 17th are reprogrammed for September 25th, 2019.
