Friday, by Presidential Order published in the Official Journal "Le Moniteur" No. 165 dated 27 September 2019, the Acting Prime Minister Jean Michel Lapin proceeded to a reshuffle of his resigning Government, reassigning 4 of his ministers to other Ministries.

New Appointments :

- Citizen Enold Joseph, (former Minister of Defense resigned ) as Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry. He replaces to this position Ronell Gilles ;

- Citizen Evelyne Sainvil, (former Minister resigned to the Women's Affairs and Women's Rights) as Acting Minister of Haitians Living Abroad. She replaces to this position Ms. Mamatha Irène Ternier ;

- Citizen Joseph Joutte (former Minister of the Environment) as Acting Minister of Economy and Finance. He replaces to this position Ronald Décembre ;

- Citizen Edmond Bocchit, (former Minister Foreign Affairs resigned) as Acting Minister of Tourism. He replaces to this position Marie Christine Stephenson.
