Haiti - Olympics Tokyo 2020 : Haiti will not host Group C matches due to insecurity
Due to the impossibility for Haiti to guarantee the safety of teams and given the crisis situation in the country, the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF) decided Sunday to withdraw Haiti the organization of the first phase of the FIFA Women's Group C Women's Football 2020 qualifying, considering that the country was not able to receive foreign delegations at the moment.

While we were expecting to host two international matches at the Stade Sylvio Cator in early October, our Grenadiers will have to move to Puerto Rico, the new host of group C while we were waiting for this Monday in Haiti, the arrival of the last players convened.

Note that this decision does not affect the match schedule. Our Grenadiers will open the First Phase of the playoffs by facing Suriname on Saturday, October 5 and Puerto Rico on Monday 7. The team at the top of the standings will advance to the second phase.
