According to witnesses, the victim resided in the area of ​​El Tamarindo. The initial findings indicate that he was beaten several times and that he was killed in a very cruel manner, which provoked great indignation among the rural population of Montellano...

The authorities sent for autopsy, the body to the National Institute of Judicial Sciences (INACIF) in Santiago.
