Haiti - Economy : Delivery of checks to 50 young entrepreneurs

Thursday at the National Palace, President Jovenel Moïse received 50 of the 150 young entrepreneurs selected from 3,000 candidates who submitted projects to the Support Program for Youth Entrepreneurship (PAPEJ) launched in October 2018 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-25790-haiti-politic-moise-launches-the-youth-entrepreneurship-support-program.html to whom he handed each a check.
These young people, who come from all the communes of the country, benefit from loans of a maximum amount of 2 million Gourdes, for a period of 10 years minimum, and no payment to make the first year.
The Head of State, through the PAPEJ, decided to give these young entrepreneurs the opportunity to realize their dreams and give work to the community.
