Haiti - Politic : Minister Charles invites children to adopt responsible attitudes
Friday, November 22 at the Karibe Hotel, Edwing Charles the Minister of Youth participated in the ceremony of celebration of the World Day of the Child alongside representatives of the Institute of Social Welfare and Research, Agencies of the United Nations in Haiti and international and local NGOs.

The opportunity for Minister Charles to remind children that they are "the present and the future of the country" and that education is the best way to lead to a better tomorrow, inviting them to keep a line of conduct and responsible attitudes to better position themselves on the road to success.

In his speech, Charles took the opportunity to share his experiences with the children. In addition, he particularly appreciated the drawings made by children to express the need to help them to fully enjoy their rights.

The Minister believes that children must be provided with a framework for their development so that they can become responsible citizens, able to contribute to the development of their community and their country, convinced that "children and youth are the hope of the Nation and that it is one for everyone to accompany them."
