Friday, December 13: The Ambassador of Haiti to the Kingdom of Spain, Dr. Claude Joseph, met with the Speaker of the Parliament of Asturias, Marcelino Marcos Líndez, to discuss interparliamentary cooperation between Haiti and the Principality of Asturias (North-West of Spain) as well as on the Principality's transparency and good governance law, adopted last year and for which Ambassador Joseph showed interest given the need to fight corruption in Haiti.

Guadeloupe : Closing dates of the Haitian consulate

The Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Guadeloupe (Martinique, Saint Martin (French part) and Dominica) informs compatriots and the general public that due to the end of year celebrations, its doors will be closed from 24 December 2019 to January 5, 2020. Services will resume as usual on Monday January 6, 2020.
