The Meteorological Forecast Center of the Hydro Meteorological Unit of Haiti, the Directorate of Civil Protection and the Permanent Risk Management Secretariat ask the population of areas vulnerable to floods to take precautions during this week compared to forecasts of rain during the night of 24 and during the day of December 25, 2019. It is strongly advised to obtain information from the departmental and/or local authorities.

Legal offensive against a hundred companies

The Consulate General of Haiti in Boston advises the general public and the Haitian community in particular that its offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 25 all day due to the feast of "Christmas". Its activities will resume normally on Thursday December 26, 2019 from 9:00 a.m.
