Haiti - Politic : Vote for the best deputy of the 50th Legislature

At the end of each legislature, "OpenGouv Ayiti", a Civil Society platform, conducts a survey to identify the deputies who marked the legislature which ends with their actions, their legislative proposals, their leadership and the work provided to the head of Commissions or Political Blocks.

"OpenGouv Ayiti", preselected 10 influential parliamentarians who marked the 50th legislature using the following criteria:

1. The number and quality of legislative proposals tabled by parliamentarians during the entire legislature;

2. The Presidency of a Commission (permanent or special) by the parliamentarian and his performance at the head of said commission;

3. The Presidency of a Political Bloc regularly registered in the office;

4. Accession to the Presidency or to the first secretariat of the office of the Chamber of Deputies;

5. The proximity of the Parliamentarian to the population and its constituents. (evaluated by surveys, direct observations, presence on social networks);

6. The eloquence of the parliamentarian in the gallery of the House;

7. The media visibility of the Member of Parliament;

8. The online presence of the Member of Parliament;

9. The publication by the parliamentarian of articles, works or other editorials that can inform public opinion and contribute to the debate of national and international ideas

10. Parliamentary transparency.
