According to the ranking of the "Henley Passport Index 2020", Haiti ranks as the country with the most limited passport in the Caribbean and 93rd worldwide out of 107, with access without any prior visa or with a visa issued on arrival at only 49 countries out of 200 destinations.

Our Dominican neighbors' passport ranks 79th in the world with access to 64 countries, but is the second worst in the Caribbean just behind that of Haiti.

1st: Barbados, 24th in the world out of 107 with visa-free access to 164 countries

2nd: The Bahamas, 27th in the world (tied with Saint Kitts and Nevis) with visa-free access to 154 countries

3rd: Antigua and Barbuda, 30th in the world with visa-free access to 150 countries.

Worst Caribbean Passport Podium :

1st: Haiti, 93rd in the world out of 107 (tied with Angola, Brundi, Cameroon, Egypt and Liberia) with access to 49 countries

3rd: Cuba 78th in the world (tied with Ghana), with access to 65 destinations.

1st: Japan with visa-free access to 191 countries (for the third consecutive year)

2nd: Singapore with visa-free access to 190 countries

3rd: Germany (tied with South Korea) with visa-free access to 189 countries

Podium of the worst passports in the world :

1st: Afghanistan, 107th in the world out of 107 with visa-free access to 26 countries

2nd: Iraq, 106th in the world with visa-free access to 28 countries

3rd: Syria, 105th in the world with access to 29 countries.
