Haiti - PAPJAZZ 2020 : Closing concert with Dawn Tyler Watson
The PAPJAZZ which opened on January 18 with the famous Dee Dee Bridgewater, recipient of 3 Grammy Awards followed on January 19 by the legendary American a cappella group Take 6 will end on Saturday January 25 with the blues singer, the Canadian Dawn Tyler Watson during a closing concert who promises not to let the audience sit down as his cocktail of jazz, soul, blue and rock is explosive.

It will close the evening after the young American smooth jazz saxophonist Jazmin Ghent, and the famous Guadeloupe saxophonist Jacques Schwarz-Bart accompanied by the Haitian-American Elizabeth Charles. An exceptional event not to be missed.

Considered as the "Queen of the Blues of Montreal" with a career spanning over two decades, Dawn Tyler Watson, singer, actress and songwriter, has earned her place among the Canadian blues elite as well as the 10 awards which she is a recipient...

"Her fabulous voice and incandescent stage presence make her the queen of the blues in Montreal. (Le Journal de Montreal).

"Dawn's voice is a soft, sensual, sexy wonder, a sparkling instrument with an attractive allure, and it infuses each line with an equal measure of intelligence and sass." (John Taylor, Blues on Stage)
