Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 : The unbeaten USA face our Grenadières
This Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the BBVA Stadium in Houston, the United States national women's selection, which has won 23 straight games without defeat, will face our Grenadières in the opening match of the last phase of the playoffs of the football tournament Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. Subsequently, our Grenadières in Group A will face Costa Rica on January 31 and they will finish this first group stage against Panama on February 3. Pre-carnival, 2 gunshot wounded
Sunday in Port-au-Prince on the 2nd Sunday of pre-carnival activity, the Municipal Committee for Civil Protection reports 2 gunshot wounded (partial provisional assessment).

St-Marc : Police blunder
On the sidelines of the carnival activities of Saint-Marc (Artibonite), the arrest of two individuals known as Tchako and Zopoul from the "Base 7 secondes" provoked violent reactions from supporters who threw stones and bottles at the police who retaliated by making use of their weapons, while two waliking bands, Bon Bredjen and Fann Beton were performing in the neighborhood. Enock Pierre (16) was fatally injured and two other people Libelo Turin and Madsen Charles were injured and rushed to Saint Nicolas Hospital
