The Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP) informs young people under 25 that scholarships in Cuba are available. It encourages young people who meet the criteria to apply and participate in the competition organized to determine the scholarship recipients.

The Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of People with Disabilities (BSEIPH) encourages young disabled people with the required profile to participate and seize this new opportunity.

Admission criteria :

- Be under 25 years old

- Have passed the BACC II with bine mention

- Not to be a Haitian State scholarship holder

Documents required :

- (*) BAC 1 and / or BAC II transcripts (legalized by MENFP and MAE)

- (*) BAC 1 and / or BAC II certificates (legalized by MENFP and MAE)

- (*) Extract from the archives of the birth certificate (legalized by the MENFP and the MAE)

- (*) Certificate of Good Life and Die (legalized by the DOJ and the MAE if it was issued by a court)

- Certificate of residence (will be issued by the town hall of your place of residence)

- Tax number (NIF)

- National Identity Card (CIN)

- 12 passport size passport size photos (9 inches)

- Passport valid for the study period

- Curriculum Vitae (CV)

- Letter of motivation for the scholarship

IMPORTANT : All documents with (*) must be legalized by the Ministry concerned and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then translated into Spanish.
