Haiti - Politic : Moïse went to the site of the future Lycée Jean-Jacques Dessalines
Monday President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by Ministers Pierre Josué Agenor Cadet (Education), Joute Joseph (Minister ai of Finances) and Miradin Morland Director General of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), visited the area declared of public utility, located at avenue du Chili, that must house the future buildings of the Lycée d'excellence dedicated to Emperor Jean Jacques Dessalines, funded to the tune of 200 million gourdes by the Senate budget not used since the departure of 20 senators https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-29762-haiti-politic-the-salary-of-parliamentarians-will-be-used-to-build-10-high-schools.html

The Head of State who spoke with the owners of this land took the opportunity to instruct Minister ai Jouthe and Miradin Morland to take all the measures deemed useful in order to compensate the owners of this space, which offers an advantage strategic because of its proximity to the current premises of the Lycée and make the land available to the Ministry of National Education.

Joseph Joute, announced that he will meet within a few hours the owners' lawyer with a view to finalizing the file and that other measures will be taken as soon as possible, in order to launch the construction works as soon as possible of this High School.
