Haiti - Justice : 4 bandits lynched and burned alive by the population
4 individuals accused of kidnapping followed by the assassination of their hostage despite the payment of a large ransom, identified as Joseph Paul, Louis Willy and the brothers Rodrigue and "Sayofè" Policeman, arrested by the National Police of Haiti (PNH ) in "Grabay", a locality in the commune of Boucan Carré (Department of the Center) and imprisoned at the police station in this locality were victims of popular justice.
