The Ministry of Health and Population (MSPP) announces that 2 people are healed of the Covid-19 coronavirus in Haiti on April 20, 2020. Also it announces a new confirmed case bringing the total to 58, of these 52 cases active, 4 died and 2 are healed.

The MSPP specifies that to be considered fully healed, you must be negative after a test with the rt-PCR method, this at least 30 days after being tested positive.

Haiti currently has 642 suspected cases, 62% of active cases are men and 38% women, 40 are imported cases and 18 are community-transmitted. Also there are 81 people are quarantined at the hospital and 270 at home.
