Haiti - USA : 50 Haitians including 14 criminals aboard the 3rd deportation flight from the USA 12/05/2020 09:56:05

Jean Nego Bonheur the Coordinator of the National Office for Migration (ONM) who welcomed the deportees, said that he had not been informed by the ICE (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement's) of the reason why the other expellees were not not on board. Upon arrival, all of the deportees were transported on an ONM bus to a hotel for quarantine, where they will be tested for Covid-19 upon arrival. It is the Ministry of Public Health with the support of the office of the First Lady who assumes the care of these compatriots at the hotel The expulsion of death squad leader Emmanuel "Toto" Constant, whose name was previously on the deportees' list, was not on the plane.
