Haiti - Tourism : Towards the reopening of airports and the relaunch of tourist activities

Myriam Jean, the Minister of Tourism is organizing a video conference with several partners this Wednesday, June 17 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the measures and strategies to be adopted in the context of the upcoming reopening of airports and the relaunch of tourist activities.

Minister Jean is working hard for the relaunch of Tourism, which is one of the sectors most affected by the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, worldwide.

The Tourist Association of Haiti (ATH), the Haitian Association of Travel Agencies (ASHAV), the Management Organization of the North Destination of Haiti (OGDNH) and the National Network of Promoters of Solidarity Tourism (RENAPROTS) among others are the various groups of operators operating in the field who will take part in this videoconference,

Minister Myriam Jean does not intend to let go of her commitment to give a new regain of life through concrete and reliable actions to the tourism sector, already very affected by both socio-political unrest and the pandemic.
