After the failure of the first attempt of ratification planned June 1 and of that scheduled Monday, that did not happen because of misunderstanding between the executive and the legislative branch on the publication of the revised text of the amended constitution, which remains for some parliamentarians, one of the preconditions for the ratification of the Prime Minister-designate.

A third session, to begin the process of ratification of Daniel Gérard Rouzier, Prime Minister-designate, opened yesterday Tuesday in National Assembly, 60 deputies and 26 senators were present... Hope that this time, our Parliamentarians will finalize the ratification process, by demonstrating a political maturity and that they we will spare us a Saga of successive postponements, which maintain the crisis and prevent the formation of the Government.
