Haiti - Health : The Cuban Medical Brigade fights against the epidemic in Haiti 17/07/2020 10:53:06

Diego explained that the brigade is working in particular to identify potential patients infected with Covid-19, and then to integrate them into the national health system. Pointing out that Cuban professionals offer information on the use of masks, the isolation of people with symptoms, frequent hand washing and others that can limit the spread of the virus. At the same time, Cuban brigade personnel continue their field consultations, surgical operations and rehabilitation in all the hospitals where they provide services. "We were able to work for the emergency as is the case for Covid-19, but without ceasing to work on what is important because of our commitment to provide assistance to all people," added Luis Orlando Olivero, chief of the Cuban Medical Brigade.
