Arrests in Hinche

At least 3 people were arrested in Hinche (Dept. Center) by the police during this week as part of the measures to guarantee a safe climate in the city, in particular Louis André Julien (20) the murder of Micheline Favéus in the Dominican Republic; Charles Jean Ricot (20), originally from Maïssade for theft of a motorcycle and Bernadeau Abner (55) for a criminal association.
