According to Fabienne Colas, President and founder of the Festival Haïti en Folie, the results exceed all expectations for this special 2020 100% virtual edition, which welcomed more than a million Internet festival-goers from July 24 to 26, 2020, the result of a collaboration between the Haiti en Folie Festivals of Montreal and New York City.

"Words fail me to convey the depth of my gratitude to more than a million festival-goers around the world, who wanted to celebrate in solidarity with Haitian culture. I pay tribute to the great team of the Haiti En Folie Festival in Montreal, New York and Port-au-Prince without whom none of this would have been possible; to our artists who allowed the public to experience magical moments virtually; to our partners, including TD Bank, who supported us until the end; to the media which have been contagiously enthusiastic; to those who made a voluntary donation and to this audience who helped us make history with an unprecedented event !" declared Fabienne Colas.
