DIGICE explains "since 2019, the economic crisis in Haiti has worsened and this in particular with an accelerated depreciation of the Gourde against the dollar. [...]

For a long time and as much as possible, we have kept the prices of our postpaid plans stable, but these adjustments are necessary in the context of these economic conditions, in order to allow the company to ensure quality service for its customers. [...]

In the majority of cases, additional minutes and megabytes will be added to the packages of the subscribed plan. Details of these changes will be communicated to you later in a second notice. These tariff changes will come into effect on September 1st and will be reflected on the invoice that will be issued in October 2020 [...]

From now on the monthly fees of our plans will be expressed in dollars, however, the customer will be able to pay in Gourdes at the daily rate."

NOTE : These changes do not affect prepaid customers.
