OEA : Vote against the elections in Venezuela

With 21 votes in favor, 4 against, and 9 abstentions, the OAS General Assembly adopted the draft resolution entitled: "The absence of minimum democratic conditions to guarantee free, fair and transparent elections in the Bolivarian Republic of the Venezuela". In practice, this resolution establishes a legal basis that serves to ignore the results of the December elections, which is in line with the American Secretary of State Mike Pompeo who explicitly asked the rest of the Nations "not to recognize the illegitimate elections in Venezuela, past or present."

Before embarking on diplomacy, he taught political philosophy, theories of international relations and the history of economic and social ideas respectively at ENS, INAGHEI and FASCH. Installation of 8 new solar pumps

The United Nations Development Program (UNDP - Haiti) and the Ministry of the Environment are actively working to facilitate access to water in rural communities.
